If you are interested in any of the items featured on our website then the first step is to give us a call or drop us an email, we try to be as comprehensive as we can with images and descriptions but are always happy to answer any questions regarding the pieces we offer and supply further images and videos if required.
UK DELIVERY
We offer free UK mainland delivery on most items featured on our website, this is with our in-house couriers and usually within 5 days of payment being made. All deliveries are fully insured.
international delivery
We work with a trusted number of couriers worldwide and are regularly shipping to the US and Europe. We are happy to assist you with a specific quotation, please enquire for more details
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash up to £5,000.000, cheque, bank transfer or all major credit & debit cards including AMEX.
All items are sold on the HMRC VAT margin scheme, meaning there is no reclaimable VAT unless otherwise stated.
condition
We pride ourselves on offering our antique collection in 'showroom' condition, however, this can mean different things to different people. Of course, some age related wear is inevitable... We don't over restore our pieces but we do clean, stabilise and sensitively restore where necessary, we are happy to provide a full condition report on any of our items on request.
STORAGE
If you are not ready for immediate delivery, we are able to hold items at our storage free of charge for a maximum of 6 months. All goods must be paid for at the point of order,
RETURNS AND REFUND
All items are fully described, we provide as much information and images as possible.
However, sometimes thing just don't work the way we hoped....In the rare case that you need to return an item, we will need notification within 24hours of delivery.
The item can then be delivered back to us within fourteen days in the exact same condition as it left us - in most cases we can assist with the organisation of return transport.
We will then refund the cost of the item back to you in full, less transport costs involved.
