A PAIR OF GRAND TOUR COLLAGE SCREENS, Mid 20th Century
A pair of assembled collage screens, incorporating 19th century prints of various antiquity, mounted between perspex sheets, finished with bronze mounts.
Both appear to be signed San Miniato, a town in the province of Pisa, Tuscany.
Height: 86cm
Width: 90cm
Depth: 3cm
The screens appear to have some age and have some losses, i would say they have been assembled in the 1960's/70's from antique prints.
Some losses and minor damage to the perspex.Further images
